Customized samples are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where there are functional defects that render the product unusable.
For regular inventory products, returns may be granted provided that the samples have not been used and the original packaging is undamaged to ensure they can be resold.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging samples (unless there are functional issues). If samples are lost or damaged during shipping, the sample cost will not be refunded.
